The graphics weren't bad

I'm sure you already know that this flash isn't quite going to be one of the best here. For a first attempt though, I was surprised, as the graphics weren't bad.

The story was poor, and wasn't concluded well. Perhaps you enjoy the story because these events actually happened to us, but remember that you're conveying a story to people who don't know it yet. Try to make it more engaging. For example, the situation at the end where the girl couldn't get her food was surprisingly horrible. If you intention was for that part to be funny then it wasn't! I have no idea who the girl is in real life: it seems obvious to me that it was an in-joke.

The drawings weren't too bad, but the animation was very poor. All I remember were the kid's arms animated.

Trent shouting 'girls' at inappropriate moments made me laugh.

Interesting

I found the 'nirvana' part interesting, however the flash took too long to get it to it.

Well, I would assume that it takes years (or decades) to reach such a transcendental state of meditation. I only incorporated that 30-40 seconds of breathing in order to try to signify the importance of the upcoming psychological break-through.
